■Features of high-frequency flush joining

①Speedy Joining

High-frequency heating enables joining to be completed in 25 to 45 seconds.

②Reduced Product Warping

Joining layers are heated directly by high-frequency, which means that warping of the product due to changes in core material temperature can be kept to a minimum.

③No Visible Traces on Top Surface

Traces of the core material are not left on the top surface of products since joining is performed in a short time.

④Small-lot, Short-turnaround Production System

Short deadlines can be met, making the BONDEX Series compatible as a small-lot, short-turnaround production system.

⑤In-line Operation

After joining by a high-frequency press, panels can be conveyed for continuous processing in post-processes.

⑥Space Savings

Hot and cold presses are not required, which means that products can be flush-joined on a single high-frequency joining machine.

⑦Energy Savings

High-frequency gluing saves energy since the minimum amount of energy required for gluing is directly conveyed to objects.

⑧Low costs

■Comparison between High-frequency Joining and Other Joining Methods

Grid Electrode Mechanism
Only glue can be heated using the high-frequency surface heating method (with grid electrodes). A pair of electrodes apply heat to the surface of two surface plates to accomplish consistent joining performance.
